Ontario Inc is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our office operations.

About the Role

This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week with a salary of approximately $65,000-$80,000 based on location and experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

In this role, you will also be responsible for coordinating and planning office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. You will assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.

You will assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. Additionally, you will perform data entry, train staff, oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflict situations, and monitor and evaluate performance.

The role requires excellent computer and technology knowledge, particularly with MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows. A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle may be required for occasional travel.
