About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at BHC Canada Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Design and implement information systems business solutions using COBOL, Java, SQL, and Groovy
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems
  • Apply quality control procedures and analyze technical documents and reports
  • Code information collected and enter data into databases
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5 years or more of experience in business systems analysis and development
  • Oracle Certification
  • Proficiency in COBOL, Java, SQL, and Groovy
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
