About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at ChatAI Tech. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Design and develop information systems business solutions that are efficient, effective, and scalable.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle to ensure high-quality products.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet our standards.
  • Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure they are satisfied with our solutions.
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests to ensure our solutions meet our clients' needs.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of work.
