About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at ChatAI Tech. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Design and develop information systems business solutions using various technologies and tools.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure their satisfaction with our solutions.
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and excellent oral communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Term: Permanent position with 35 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
