Strategic HR Business Partner

We are seeking a multi-skilled, people-oriented and practical HR Senior Manager to join our team at Addenda Capital inc. This role will play a key part in enhancing the employee experience and addressing the organization's evolving HR support needs.
About the Role- Act as a trusted advisor to advise and assist people leaders;
- Utilize effective, agile HR interventions adapted to the organization's needs and context;
- Provide first-class talent acquisition strategies and services tailored to Addenda's branding and market requirements;
- Deploy HR solutions such as talent, performance and change management to improve employee retention and engagement;
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations providing support and communications accordingly;
- Foster a harmonious climate among employees and play a key role in conflict management;
- Provide development opportunities for your team and provide appropriate feedback and coaching.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field;
- Eight to ten years' experience in human resources with previous experience as an HR manager;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite LinkedIn and a HRIS;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English enabling effective interactions with colleagues;
- Available for occasional travel.
- Leadership that supports a culture of collaboration achievement and performance;
- Your ability to build relationships with stakeholders at different hierarchical levels;
- Your ability to provide impactful consulting for leaders;
- Your rigorous approach and agile problem-solving skills;
- Your commitment to operational efficiency and focus on value creation;
- Your in-depth knowledge of innovative HR practices.
The estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000-$110,000 per annum depending on experience.
