Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing contracts, and ensuring seamless communication between teams.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Direct and control daily operations
- Direct staff and oversee their tasks
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage contracts and negotiate with suppliers
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Oversee the preparation of reports
- Respond to employee questions and complaints
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Perform data entry
- Maintain and manage digital database
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and QuickBooks
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum
