Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Glowing Hearts Daycare Inc.
The ideal candidate will have experience in office supervision and be able to develop specific plans to prioritize tasks, organize workflow, and train staff members. They will also be responsible for preparing and submitting reports, ensuring smooth operation of equipment, and resolving work problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective operational plans to drive business growth
- Supervise and coordinate the work of other team members
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in office supervision or a related field
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
