We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dedicated Operations Coordinator to manage daily office activities in our Port Coquitlam location. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently, supporting staff members, and maintaining a well-organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments while effectively managing office calendars.
  • Maintain an adequate supply of office materials and ensure the workspace remains organized.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and report preparation as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar role or as an office administrator.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues.
