Director of Regional Customer Growth

Coatue Management L.L.C. is seeking a seasoned Director of Regional Customer Growth to spearhead the expansion and retention of our US and Canadian customer base. As a key member of our team, you will drive growth initiatives, foster lasting relationships, and cultivate opportunities for innovation within the restaurant technology sector.
About the Role:- Lead a high-performing team responsible for managing customer relationships in the US and Canada
- Take ownership of regional net revenue retention (NRR) driving both growth and retention through innovative strategies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with executives at key enterprise accounts
- Evaluate and implement customer-centric strategies to ensure seamless product adoption
- Utilize data analytics and customer insights platforms to inform business decisions
- Demonstrated 2+ years of success in leading and developing high-performing teams within account management or customer success
- 4+ years experience within Account Management
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Understanding of the order management, restaurant technology, or food delivery industries
- Proficiency in data analytics and customer insights platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align customer goals with strategic objectives
We offer a highly competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as an attractive benefits package including enhanced vacation entitlement, flexible working arrangements, and a dedicated learning budget.
