We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Canada.

As Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in the region.

You will lead a team of Account Executives and sales managers, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they meet and exceed their sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the software industry, a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

A minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in SaaS sales management, is required. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is also necessary.

You must have a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective business and sales plans, accurately forecast revenue, and successfully negotiate complex sales cycles and contracts.

A strong knowledge of Sage products and technologies, as well as competitors and industry trends, is essential.

In this role, you will be expected to travel up to 25% of the time.

This position offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits.
