Strategic Account Manager

The Program Director will be responsible for leading and developing a strategic account portfolio, with a focus on driving incremental revenue and gross profit within the account. This role will require strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with senior-level executives and end-users.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales and service strategy to drive revenue and gross profit within the account.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver exceptional client service and support.
- Review and ensure strong understanding of contract terms to ensure internal and client compliance.
- Act as the lead on all service issues and problems, leveraging internal resources for support.
- Meet with senior-level executives and end-users to continuously communicate ManpowerGroup offerings.
- 5-8 years of business experience; professional services or staffing industry preferred.
- 5+ years of overall sales experience.
- 4+ years of demonstrated success managing large accounts in a business-to-business environment.
