Job Description Overview

The Program Director will be responsible for leading and developing a strategic account portfolio, with a focus on driving incremental revenue and gross profit within the account. This role will require strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with senior-level executives and end-users.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a sales and service strategy to drive revenue and gross profit within the account.
  2. Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver exceptional client service and support.
  3. Review and ensure strong understanding of contract terms to ensure internal and client compliance.
  4. Act as the lead on all service issues and problems, leveraging internal resources for support.
  5. Meet with senior-level executives and end-users to continuously communicate ManpowerGroup offerings.
Qualifications
  1. 5-8 years of business experience; professional services or staffing industry preferred.
  2. 5+ years of overall sales experience.
  3. 4+ years of demonstrated success managing large accounts in a business-to-business environment.
