Strategic Account Manager

Pacific Investment Management Co is seeking an experienced and results-driven Strategic Account Manager to join our team in Quebec City. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with investment advisory firms in the Quebec City market.
Key Responsibilities- Maximize Territory Performance: Develop and execute a strategic business plan to achieve and surpass sales targets, as well as drive activity goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain in-depth relationships with financial advisors, providing expertise and introducing PIMCO's diverse investment strategies to meet their needs.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of PIMCO's products, platforms, and strategies, as well as those of our clients, to provide consultative sales support.
- Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure the highest level of compliance with all industry and PIMCO regulations, including legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with PIMCO management to formulate and execute strategic business plans, and contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required, CFA and/or MBA a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an external wholesaler role with deep relationships and expertise in investment advisory firms in the Quebec City market.
- Skills: Strong territory management skills, demonstrated track record meeting sales quotas, superior interpersonal and communication skills, and a thorough knowledge of PIMCO products.
