Key Responsibilities

The Program Director will be responsible for leading, developing, and managing a strategic account portfolio. This includes developing and executing a sales and service strategy to drive incremental revenue and Gross Profit within the strategic account.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract terms to ensure internal and client compliance. They will also be responsible for acting as the lead on all service issues and problems, leveraging all internal resources for support.

The Program Director will meet with senior level executives and end users to continuously communicate the ManpowerGroup offerings. They will develop strong and deep relationships with clients to gain in-depth knowledge of their needs and goals.

The successful candidate will drive ManpowerGroup's vision and values to influence client relationships and differentiate the company from its competitors. They will also identify and make face-to-face contact with new stakeholders within the account.

The Program Director will work collaboratively in Global Strategic Client Management teams and US Strategic Client Management teams to ensure clients' perception of brand cohesion, collaboration, and industry star status.

They will interface with senior level executives within the account to develop strategic alliances and provide coordination across Branch and Regional lines for accounts with multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of demonstrated success managing large accounts in a business-to-business environment.
