Job Description - Strategic Account Portfolio Manager
Location: On-Site
Job SummaryThe Strategic Account Portfolio Manager will lead, develop, and manage a strategic account portfolio to drive incremental revenue and Gross Profit within the account.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales and service strategy to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Review and ensure strong understanding of contract terms to ensure internal and client compliance.
- Act as the lead on all service issues and problems, leveraging internal resources for support.
- Meet with senior level executives and end users to communicate ManpowerGroup offerings and negotiate contracts.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to gain in-depth knowledge of their business and identify opportunities for growth.
- Drive ManpowerGroup's vision and values to influence client relationships and differentiate the company from competitors.
- Identify and make face-to-face contact with new stakeholders within the account.
- Continuously invest in education of ManpowerGroup offerings, staffing industry, competitors, and delivery models.
- Work collaboratively with Global Strategic Client Management teams and US Strategic Client Management teams to ensure clients' perception of brand cohesion and collaboration.
- Interface with senior level executives within the account to develop strategic alliances.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the account's mission and goals.
- Provide coordination across Branch and Regional lines for accounts with multiple locations.
- Work with senior leaders to discuss strategic workforce management initiatives and activities.
- 5-8 years of business experience; professional services or staffing industry preferred.
- 5+ years of overall sales experience.
- 4+ years of demonstrated success managing large accounts in a business-to-business environment.
