Job Description - Program Director

Worker Location: On-Site

Description

The ideal candidate will lead, develop, and manage a strategic account portfolio, driving incremental revenue and Gross Profit within the account.

  1. Develop and execute a sales and service strategy to drive business growth.
  2. Review and ensure strong understanding of contract terms to ensure internal and client compliance.
  3. Act as the lead on all service issues and or problems, leveraging all internal resources for support.
  4. Meet, make multi-level presentations, and negotiate with senior level executives to continuously communicate the ManpowerGroup offerings.
  5. Develop strong and deep relationships with clients to gain in-depth knowledge of their business.
  6. Drive ManpowerGroup's vision and values to influence client relationships and differentiate us from competitors.
  7. Identify and make face-to-face contact with new stakeholders within the account.
  8. Continuously invest in education of ManpowerGroup offerings, staffing industry, competitors, competitive products, services, and delivery models.
  9. Work collaboratively in Global Strategic Client Management teams and US Strategic Client Management teams to ensure clients' perception of brand cohesion, collaboration, and industry star status.
  10. Interface with senior level executives within the account to develop strategic alliances.
  11. Develop an in-depth knowledge of the account's mission and goals.
  12. Provide coordination across Branch and Regional lines for accounts with multiple locations.
  13. Work with senior leaders to discuss strategic workforce management initiatives and activities.
Qualifications
  1. 5-8 years of business experience; professional services or staffing industry preferred.
  2. 5+ years of overall sales experience.
  3. 4+ years of demonstrated success managing large accounts in a business-to-business environment.
