Disability and Inclusion Administration Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Disability and Inclusion Administration Coordinator to join our team at George Street Primary School. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Principal and teaching staff, manage student admissions, registrations, and transfers, and implement induction programs for new staff and volunteers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Principal and teaching staff, including coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Manage the processing of student admissions, registrations, and transfers, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Implement induction programs for new staff, volunteers, and other workers to the school, ensuring a smooth transition and effective onboarding.
- Provide administrative support for school events, functions, and projects, including coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures.
- Relevant qualifications and experience in administration, disability support, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, students, and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
