Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Onroute Towing and Autobody. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff and management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff and management team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with coordinating projects and events, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to new staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
