Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at EXCELCOM EXPRESS. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Direct and control daily operations, including supervising other workers
  • Motivate staff and plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Provide customer service and answer electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and MS Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
