Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Onroute Towing and Autobody. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Operations Management: Assist in the planning and coordination of daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing budgets.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for our staff.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in the management of our inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining records.
  • Payroll Administration: Assist in the administration of our payroll, including processing payments and maintaining records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
