Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at EXCELCOM EXPRESS. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Manage the flow of information within the team
- Direct and control daily operations
- Motivate staff and promote a positive work environment
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Organize daily operations and prioritize tasks
- Supervise other workers and provide guidance and support
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages
- Provide customer service and respond to inquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Google Docs and MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
