Infrastructure Development Director

The Infrastructure Development Director will be responsible for managing internal and external projects, preparing estimates according to client documents, and providing pricing/budgets. Additionally, this role involves long-term business growth through building professional relationships with customers and mentoring estimating staff.
This position requires:
- 7-12+ years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and expertise in the infrastructure sector;
- Experience with estimating techniques and cost control;
- Detail-oriented and able to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $190,000 per year, along with:
