Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to join our dynamic team. This on-site position is ideal for candidates based in Vancouver, offering flexibility within these locations.
Sales Strategy- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with clients and industry partners, focusing on the LA Toy industry.
- Design and implement effective marketing strategies in collaboration with our VP of Sales and Director of Marketing.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Travel as needed to attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Lead and manage sales team operations, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the toy or technology industry.
- Strong network and established relationships within the consumer industry.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to develop strategic sales plans and effectively manage sales teams.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and consumer trends.
- Willingness to travel for trade shows, events, and client engagements.
$80,000 - $110,000 CAD per annum, plus commission. Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and optical coverage for you and your family.
