Dynamic Growth Marketing Strategist

Jobber is seeking a seasoned growth marketing professional to join our team as a Senior Growth Marketing Manager. This role offers the opportunity to drive user acquisition and lead growth through strategic planning, execution, and analysis.

The Role:
This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing and is responsible for designing, implementing, and analyzing programs that drive user acquisition. The successful candidate will leverage data to inform decision-making, work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand the department's ecosystem, and be given autonomy to hold themselves accountable for outcomes and timelines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies across established PPC and PPL programs, as well as test and scale new channels.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate awareness among target audiences and convert in-market demand into leads.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, programs, and campaigns to ensure they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet scope requirements.
- Presentation of findings and results to key stakeholders for launch approval and progress updates.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing and project management.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, motivation, and passion for helping small businesses thrive.
- Proven track record of managing a $1M+ performance marketing budget and achieving customer growth and revenue targets.
- Experience leveraging digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads) to acquire customers and optimize for ROAS.
- A scientific approach to building and scaling net new customer acquisition channels through incremental testing and optimization.
- Ability to extract meaningful insights from analytics platforms and/or CRMs (e.g., Data Studio, Google Analytics).
Compensation Package: We offer a highly competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and bonuses. Estimated annual salary range: $96,000 - $144,000
