Market Growth Strategist for North America

We are seeking a seasoned B2C Marketing Lead to join our team in North America. This role requires a minimum of 3 days/week in the office.

About Too Good To Go

At Too Good To Go, we're on a mission to reduce food waste and inspire people to fight it together. Our platform connects food businesses with consumers who can buy surplus food at discounted prices.

This role is part of our North American marketing team, which aims to elevate consumer demand across the US and Canada while building a sustainable brand. As a Market Growth Strategist, you'll play a critical strategic role in leading B2C marketing efforts and growing the food waste movement.

About the Role
  • Accelerate Consumer Demand: Deliver outstanding integrated marketing communications across multiple channels to drive business impact.
  • Lead B2C Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute campaigns from ideation to execution, working closely with local and global teams.
  • Shape Brand Strategy: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to define and roll out the B2C and brand strategy for North America.
  • Consumer Insights: Champion data-driven decision making by leveraging consumer research and brand tracking to improve B2C activities.
Your Ideal Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer marketing, focusing on full-funnel consumer demand.
  • Hands-on experience planning and executing consumer marketing activities across digital and social channels.
  • Demonstrated capabilities in building or growing consumer brands.
