Key Responsibilities
This position involves investigating concerns and inquiries, communicating resolutions in a timely manner, and troubleshooting issues related to client accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound communications from clients or dealer groups, as well as coordinating outbound communication to resolve technical or billing-related issues. Additionally, this role requires the ability to analyze data and provide recommendations to the Sales team regarding customer accounts.
Requirements
To excel in this role, candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A college diploma and previous customer service experience are essential, with strong analytical and technical skills also highly valued. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is necessary. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of sales principles and a flair for upselling opportunities.
Salary Range
$55,000 - $70,000 per annum
