Job Title: Cybersecurity Architect in PCI Compliance

Salary: $120,000 per year

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Architect to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security protocols to protect our company's data and systems, with a specific focus on PCI compliance.

This role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies, particularly in relation to PCI DSS standards.

  • Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and ensure PCI compliance.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches, with a focus on protecting cardholder data.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of the company's operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technology solutions, particularly those related to PCI DSS.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on PCI compliance and security best practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4-6 years of experience as a Cybersecurity Architect or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in PCI environments.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security.
  • Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and SIEM.
Preferred Skills

We also welcome candidates with experience in cloud security and services such as AWS and Azure, as well as knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards such as GDPR and HIPAA.
