In this role, you will work collaboratively with Finance, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to develop pricing architecture, strategy, and execution plans that drive revenue growth and market competitiveness.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and recommend pricing and packaging models based on product roadmap and strategic priorities to deliver short-term, medium-term, and long-term revenue growth plans for the company.
  2. Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to execute a vision for a pricing and packaging strategy that ensures profitable delivery of corporate growth objectives and market competitiveness.
  3. Support Sales in deal structuring and pricing strategy for strategic accounts through Deal Desk.
  4. Provide business stakeholders with ongoing summary reports and executive presentations to inform decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience, with 5 years in pricing strategy or revenue management.
  • Experience implementing packaging strategies that drive revenue growth and market competitiveness.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met or exceeded.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (experience with Power BI considered a plus).
