Job Description

This role requires designing, implementing, and maintaining security protocols to protect our company's data and systems, with a specific focus on PCI compliance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies, particularly in relation to PCI DSS standards.

  • Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and ensure PCI compliance.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches, with a focus on protecting cardholder data.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of the company's operations.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per yearRequirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 4-6 years of experience as a Security Engineer or in a similar role, with a focus on PCI environments.
  • A strong knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security.
  • Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and SIEM.
Preferred Skills:

The following skills are desirable:

  • Experience with cloud security and services such as AWS and Azure.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
