About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at AIMS 5 HOLDINGS INC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
    • Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers to ensure consistency and freshness.
  • Chef Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results.
    • Provide guidance and training to ensure that all team members are equipped to deliver outstanding dishes.
  • Food Safety and Quality
    • Ensure that all food handling and preparation procedures meet the highest standards of food safety and quality.
    • Implement and maintain a robust food safety program to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels and ordering to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
    • Monitor and control food costs to ensure profitability.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and presented in a visually appealing manner.
    • Respond to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications
    • Safe Food Handling certificate
    • Food Safety Certificate
  • Experience and Skills
    • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Chef or Head Cook in a high-volume kitchen.
    • Proven track record of menu planning, execution, and inventory management.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

    • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic kitchen environment.
    • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
