About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at AIMS 5 HOLDINGS INC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Chef Management

Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional results.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels and ensure that all kitchen supplies and equipment are in good working order.

Food Safety and Quality

Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience as a cook or in a related role is required.

Certifications

A Safe Food Handling certificate and a Food Safety Certificate are required.

Personal Qualities

Excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
