Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute menus, taking into account dietary requirements and food allergies
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, using fresh and high-quality ingredients
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they meet the highest standards of food preparation and presentation
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
