About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at AIMS 5 HOLDINGS INC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Chef Management

Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels and ensure that all ingredients and supplies are ordered and stored efficiently.

Food Safety and Quality

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Team Leadership

Lead by example and motivate the kitchen team to deliver exceptional results and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Certifications

Safe Food Handling certificate and Food Safety Certificate

Personal Qualities

Excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, team player, and time management skills
