Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to oversee daily office operations at Pleasant Street Real Estate Inc. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting various departments, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our construction-based team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to optimize efficiency.
  • Delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release and coordinate office services such as accommodation, equipment, and supplies.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data, prepare reports, and perform data entry tasks.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in an administrative role with a strong proficiency in ADP for payroll processing.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in supervising teams or leading projects, with strong communication skills for interacting with vendors, staff, and management.
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and accounting software is an asset.
