**Responsibilities**
- Assist the administrative support team in a variety of tasks (quality control of communications, coordination of meetings, IT requests, supply ordering and inventory control, lunch and learn coordination, calendar management, and general file updates)
- Assist architects, project managers and specification writers with project start up and various administrative tasks

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in an administrative assistant or support role
- Experience in a related field would be considered an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment
