About the Role

Funding Change, a leading technology platform, is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Leader to drive business expansion and revenue growth. Reporting to the CEO/Chair and Board of Directors, this key position will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on business development and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for expansion and growth, leading sales efforts and collaborating with customer service to develop new relationships locally and nationally.
  • Strategy Execution: Develop and execute strategies to enhance community engagement, increase brand awareness, and drive platform enhancements.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, including sales, marketing, finance, and product.
  • Risk Management: Implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial, operational, and legal risks.
  • Performance Management: Work with the board to set quarterly performance goals and ensure the proper execution and successful completion of those goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Relevant post-secondary education or experience, with an MBA or related degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales and customer service, with a strong ability to develop new business relationships.
  • Skills: Strong financial and business acumen, experience managing operations with a focus on efficiency and process improvement, tech-savviness, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
