About the Role

Funding Change, a leading technology platform, is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Leader to drive business expansion and revenue growth. Reporting to the CEO/Chair and Board of Directors, this key position will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on business development and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for expansion and growth, leading sales efforts and collaborating with customer service to develop new relationships locally and nationally.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to enhance community engagement and increase brand awareness, aligning with business goals and objectives.
  • Performance Management: Work with the board to set quarterly performance goals across all functional areas of the business, ensuring the proper execution and successful completion of those goals.
  • Technology Strategy: Collaborate on the technology strategy to ensure alignment with business goals and drive platform enhancements.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, from sales and marketing to finance and product.

Requirements
