About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business operations to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong project management and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
