Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand Funding Change's reach and revenue.
  • Lead sales efforts and work with customer service to develop new relationships locally and nationally.
  • Collaborate with the board to set quarterly performance goals and ensure successful execution.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and product development.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure ongoing profitability and efficient resource allocation.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial, operational, and legal risks.
Requirements
  • Relevant post-secondary education or experience, with an MBA or related degree preferred.
  • Experience in sales and customer service, with a proven ability to develop new business relationships.
