About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at com, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving digital transformation with businesses and organizations across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and lead generation activities to businesses and organizations with quota and goals.
  • Assisting customers with registration and presenting registered customers with Amazon Business account tours.
  • Meet or exceed targets for customer acquisition and customer spend adoption.
  • Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams.
  • Drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • B.A/BS degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing opportunities across a wide spectrum of customer engagement levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the Public Sector or related field.
  • Strong ownership and bias for action.
