Strategic Business Development Manager

Mobius Psychological Services is seeking a Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is estimated to be in the range of $150,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including professional liability insurance, access to electronic medical records, and opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities- Business Development: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability, including identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and creating and executing business plans.
- Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to staff in various areas of responsibility, including allocating resources, establishing objectives, and representing the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
- Management: Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
- Education: Master's degree in business administration or related field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in business development, leadership, or management, preferably in a private practice or clinic setting.
- Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and under pressure, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Windows.
