Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes managing daily tasks, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Direct and control daily operations
- Train staff and establish policies and procedures
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and answer telephone and electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information, and order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, and greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, perform data entry, and work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
- Maintain and manage digital databases
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- On-site work required, with no option to work remotely
