Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining records.

Office Operations

This role will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and troubleshooting equipment issues.

Communication

The Administrative Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Training and Development

This role will participate in training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on best practices and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A post-secondary degree or certification in business administration, office management, or a related field would be an asset.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role is required. Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment would be beneficial.

Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with data entry, record-keeping, and basic accounting principles.

$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
