Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel and coach business leaders on organization issues and advise on solutions to drive business success.

  • Develop and implement local people plans, including culture, competence, and organization.

  • Ensure people and organizational capabilities required in the mid-long term are understood and actioned.

  • Design and implement organizational structures and principles in line with company rules and standards.

  • Build a performance culture in the organization and identify performance issues.

  • Implement learning and development activities to build and improve competence.

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure a healthy and sustainable talent structure in the organization.

  • Monitor staffing cost development in the business and take corrective actions when needed.

  • Implement and promote Health and Safety and business compliance standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in human resources or related field preferred.

  • 5 years (minimum) of experience as HRBP.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications required.

  • Experience with Workday preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to appropriately manage confidential and sensitive information.

  • Presentation skills.
