Key Account Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Development Manager to join our sales team, focusing on PR & IR agency sales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for penetrating new agency accounts, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth through partnerships.

- Building and managing a pipeline of self-generated agency opportunities
- Ruthlessly prioritizing qualified sales opportunities and key prospects within assigned territories
- Executing sales cycles to penetrate promising agency accounts, generating net new revenue and relationships
- Proactively identifying potential needs of agencies, recommending best-fit solutions with a clear value proposition
- Collaborating with Sales Engineering resources to close deals and identifying opportunities for process improvements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with coursework in business, information technology, or a related field
- ~5-7 years of sales experience specifically selling into net new agency accounts and/or existing agency books of business
- ~Must have 5+ years of PR/IR industry experience
- Strong cold-calling, networking, prospecting, and closing skills
- Self-starter with excellent time-management skills
- Superior relationship management and interpersonal skills
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a hybrid work schedule (office/home), international work environment, and extensive learning opportunities via our virtual university.
