About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Development Manager to lead our national account engagement efforts in Canada. This role will focus on managing key channel partner sales activities and driving business results.

Job Description
  • Manage and coordinate sales activities with select national channel partners within Canada.
  • Leverage sales resources to focus on and drive specific initiatives and business results.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute prescribed plans and programs such as sales coverage, marketing, new product or innovation introduction, account planning or distributor or end user programming.
  • Develop effective sales plans and strategies for assigned markets and accounts, with emphasis on obtaining national account end-user and key volume installations.
  • Negotiate profitable contracts with national end user accounts.
  • Provide business reviews, conduct satisfaction audits, introduce compliance-building tactics, and leverage appropriate resources to maximize compliance within existing accounts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in management or related field preferred; relevant experience in lieu of degree required.
  • Minimum five (5) years' experience calling on and/or selling large national distributors / large national end-users required.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
