Business Development Executive

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies to stimulate STS Canada's expansion. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing annual action plans to drive business growth
- Identifying potential clients and projects, highlighting the advantages of collaborating with STS Canada
- Understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions while providing exceptional customer service
- Generating new business through prospecting activities (online, by phone, and in person)
- Promoting STS Canada's services and new solutions to clients
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with partners and clients
- Analyzing market trends and customer behaviors to identify growth opportunities
The successful candidate should possess:
- Strong organizational and management capabilities
- Ability to make quick decisions
- Effective relationship-building skills with project teams and clients
- Autonomy, resourcefulness, and responsibility
5 to 10 years of experience in commercial representation within the heavy industry is required. Engineer, chemist, or equivalent technical training is an asset.
Work EnvironmentThis is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week. The role involves hybrid work arrangements with the possibility of remote work. Office location: 354 Notre-Dame Street West, Montreal.
