We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Punjab Tax Solutions Inc. as a permanent position with a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Review and evaluate existing policies and procedures to ensure they meet current needs.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to maximize productivity.
  • Establish priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines met.
  • Carry out various administrative activities, including data entry and payroll administration.
  • Administer records management and ensure compliance with access to information legislation.
  • Coordinate office services, including facilities management and supplies.
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory controls.
  • Prepare reports, manuals and correspondence as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
