We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Indoz Overseas Ltd.

Job Summary

This is a permanent position that requires the candidate to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To schedule and confirm appointments, meetings and other events as required.

  • To answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant staff members.

  • To respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • To oversee the development of communication strategies to ensure effective internal and external communication.

  • To order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.

  • To greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.

  • To type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents.

  • To plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office.

  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
