Job Description

As an Executive Chef at our firm, you will be responsible for coordinating special events, planning menus, and requisitioning food and kitchen supplies. You will also prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers.

You will maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and clean the kitchen and work areas. Additionally, you will inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards are maintained.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the culinary industry
  • Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to work under pressure
