Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and staff management. If you have a passion for creating delicious dishes and leading a team, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Plan and execute menus in accordance with customer preferences and seasonal availability
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with management to develop new recipes and menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure consistency and high-quality presentation
- Manage kitchen operations during service hours, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery of meals
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into menu offerings

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a leadership role such as Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and kitchen equipment operation
- Proficient in bartending skills to create specialty cocktails or assist with bar service as needed
- Familiarity with restaurant management software for inventory tracking and menu planning
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Note: This is a paid position and compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Pay: $44,783.28-$78,761.05 per year
